CERTIFICATION OF DESIGN FOR [MONTH]

The Contractor certifies that:

1.  the [Design Documentation - if HC-1/Planning Phase Design Documentation and Delivery Phase Design Documentation (as the case may be) - if MCC-1/design of the part of the Works which the Design Documents expressly or impliedly requires it to design - if MW-2] complies with:

(a)  subject to clause [8.3(a) - if HC-1/2.3(g) - MCC-1/7.3(a) - if MW-2] of the Contract, all Statutory Requirements (including WHS Legislation); and

(b)  the requirements of the Contract; and

2.  the Works comply or the [Stage - if HC-1 or MCC-1/Section - if MW-2] specified above (if any) complies (as the case may be) with the [Design Documentation which the Contractor is entitled to use for construction purposes under clause 6.3(c) of the Contract - if HC-1/Delivery Phase Documentation which the Contractor is entitled to use for construction purposes under clause 6.8(d) of the Contract - if MCC-1/the design which has been the subject of the Contract Administrator's permission under clause 5.2 of the Contract - if MW-2],

as at the date of this certificate, except to the extent set out below:
