The Mount Calm Independent School District Board of Trustees met in regular session February 21, 2012 in the Mount Calm High School Library at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Joe Rittenbaugh, Keith McCaghren, Ronnie Tucker, Rebecca Gordon, Michelle Barott, and Lupe Martinez. Superintendent Barbara Lane, Principal Angie Nors, and Business Manager Kristi Hawkins were also present.
A quorum was established.
A motion was made by Rebecca Gordon, with a second by Lupe Martinez to approve the minutes of the January 17, 2012 meeting.
The vote was 5 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.
A motion was made by Ronnie Tucker, with a second by Keith McCaghren to approve the bills presented for payment.
The vote was 5 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.

A motion was made by Ronnie Tucker, with a second by Keith McCaghren to order a general election to be held jointly with the City of Mount Calm on Saturday May 12, 2012.
