GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES FOR ALL VENDORS

Please read carefully and save a copy for your records.

Spaces are 10’ x 10’ for 50.00
Applications received before September 1st will be discounted to 45.00

Cut-off date for application will be September 10th - All applications must be postmarked by this date

Vendors need to provide tables, tents and any display equipment.

S.C. Law requires each vendor to have a retail license to participate in any festival in South Carolina and you will be responsible for collecting and paying 7% sales tax. Please be sure and have change available.

All space(s) reserved for either rental or display will be on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee certain locations. If you have a specific need for your display, please ask. We will make every effort to accommodate you but we must be notified as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to decline any application submitted for whatever reason the festival organizers choose.

Fees include Group Event Permit and Insurance, Bathroom and Hand-wash Stations as well as Police protection from 12 noon until the close of the Event.

If you have a vehicle that is necessary for displaying your merchandise, you must have prior permission to leave the vehicle in you space. Please let the organizers know by indicating this on your application if this is the case. Do not wait until the day of the event to ask if you can leave a vehicle on the streets. All vehicles not essential to your exhibit must be removed from the area.

Dealers should not leave their space unattended during show hours.

This is an outdoor event and subject to the elements. The EDBA cannot control the weather. The festival goes on RAIN or SHINE. In case of inclement weather we will make every effort to continue, however, any decision to postpone, delay or cancel the festival would have to be made at the last possible moment. Due to the complexities of any festival, rescheduling and refunds are not possible.

As required by DHEC, a list of accepted food vendors will be given to DHEC per their regulation. DHEC will inspect all booths prior to start of this event.
