COO-VAR ACID ETCH
PRODUCT:- Coo-Var acid etch is a blend of
acid and wetting agents,
designed to help clean
and prepare a concrete or
mortared brick/masonry surface
prior to painting. It is ideal
for removing salts and mineral
deposits formed when concrete
cures, and should always be used
to treat smooth or power floated
floors to help provide a "key" for
subsequent coatings.

COLOUR:- Thin, clear liquid
PACKAGES:- 5 litre polythene containers
TYPE:- Acid solution in water
TYPICAL SG:- 1.10 at 20oC
FLASH POINT:- Non-flammable
RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:- Brush, mop or sponge pad
THINNERS:- Clean water
COVERAGE GUIDE:- A 5 litre pack will treat
approximately 35 sq. metres
DILUTION GUIDE:- 1 part acid etch to 3 parts clean water,
further applications may be necessary
depending upon the severity of
etch/cleaning required.
USES:- Only as an acid etch as in the
above product description. Do not
mix with chemicals or other
products.
