Dear Donna,

I’m so excited to have you begin trying this product. I think you’ll love it! I’ve enclosed some info about it, but also have learned some other things you’ll want to know.

1.  The eye cream has a cool metal tip that is to enhance the experience of applying the eye cream. Just use it to massage in the eye cream. It is the same metal that a trainer uses on a fighter who gets punched in the eye and it swells shut. As you use the tip to massage in the eye cream, it will reduce the puffiness of the eye! Do not get the product too close to the eye.

2.  The Day Cream and Night Treatment each have an airless pump. Pull off the lid—it does not screw off. You’ll need to “prime the pump” of the two products the first time you use them. You’ll put your fingers in the indentions and press straight down to pump it to get product out. You have to pump it several times—okay, you have to pump it a lot of times the first time—to get the product out. Once the pump has been primed, a measured amount will come out through the little plug as you give it one pump. Do NOT remove the plug. Be sure to pump evenly, pressing straight down for best results.

3.  The Lifting Serum also has to be primed. Pump it several times the first time until the product comes out. You’ll probably run out of the Lifting Serum first. It feels soooo wonderful the tendency is to use too much. So, it helps to distribute it by pumping out a full squirt and then dotting it around your face before massaging in. If your face is damp, it slicks on easier.

4.  The enclosed coupons can be used for your next reorder! There is no expiration date on those coupons.
