Social Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (SEFEL) Online Coaching System
The Online Coaching System is designed for SEFEL coaches to create and maintain a coaching portfolio for the teachers they are coaching. Information from the initial meeting during which the coach and teacher complete the Teacher Coach Agreement and set the parameters for the coaching relationship can be entered into the Online Coaching Log. Following the administration of the TPOT, coaches can input information and data from the TPOT and the TPOT DebriefMeeting using the online TPOT Debrief form. During subsequent observations and coaching sessions, information can be added to the Online Coaching Log. The TPOT Debriefs and Coaching Logs can be saved and accessed by coaches and teachers throughout the year.

Instructions for use:
Log in with your email address
To create a password:
- Use the Forgotten Password Reset Link
- Enter your email address
- Click Send Password Reset Link
- You will receive an email with a password link allowing you to create your own password
- Log in using your email address and new password
Once you are in the system you will see your:
- Coaching Logs
- Future Scheduled Sessions
- TPOT Debriefs
To add a Coaching Session:
- Click on Add Coaching Session Log
- Select teacher
- Complete each section of the Coaching Log
- Click the Submit button
- You can click on view or edit for each completed log – the system will tell you which sections are not complete
- My Scheduled Sessions will tell you any future sessions you have already scheduled with the teacher
To schedule a session:
- Click on Session Scheduling on the navigation bar
- Click on Add Session
- Select teacher
- Complete each section of the Next Session Scheduling
- Click the Submit button
To complete a TPOT Debrief:
- Click on the Coach Dashboard and scroll down to access the TPOT Debrief Form
- Select Teacher
- Click on Add Session
- Complete each section of the TPOT Debrief
- Click on Save
To request general help or tech support:
- Click on Request Help on the navigation
- Select General Help or Tech Support
- Include a brief title and a description of the problem you are having
- Click Submit

- Click on Logout on the navigation bar
