2-12-04 / Workshop at Griffin RESA; Victor Hobbs / “It’s not you fault- these students were this way last year, and the year before, and the year before.” Very uplifting for working with BD students. Always be the stimulus- make students be the response. Shared information with other teachers during morning duty conversations.
3-17-04 / Met with Thomas Stegarp, school psychologist / Helped teach how to use KTEA brief to test and score students. Very confident afterward.
3-24-04 / TEAM meeting at RESA / Good video on classroom management. Let them THINK they are in charge: “Why don’t you just do half of the problems?”
