EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY : Credit will be issued where an agreed manufacturing fault cannot be repaired.

Manufacturing faults can generally be repaired, for example, where stitching may have come undone. Broken zips will be replaced free of charge, unless it is obvious too much stress has been placed on the garment. We will not repair a garment where a fault is simply wear & tear or where a garment has been abused. Faults should be apparent within 3 months of wear, so we are unlikely to accept the return of garments that have obviously been worn for a long/longer time.
