At on the leash and as per the on the leash terms and conditions, on the leash staff will only walk dogs on leads due to health and safety of the dog and staff. If our client’s requests on the leash staff walk their dogs off the lead, the clients must firstprovideon the leash with proof of training and or behaviourist sessions the dog has received. On the leash will not walk any dog under on the leash duty of care off the lead unless this has been provided.

Our clients accept that they have their dogs walked off the lead at their, and their dogs own risk.

On the leash takes our duty of care of all animals under on the leash very seriously, and will ensure the safety of the dog to the best of our ability, but please note dogs walked off the lead are at a greater risk, and on the leash deem the owners responsible for any incident that may occur to the dog walked off the lead, as this was their request.

On the leash will ensure the safety of the dog to the best of our ability, but cannot be held liable for any incidents that may occur on a walk. Please note, that incidents are hard to prevent from occurring when a dog is walked off the lead.

On the leash staff will need the dogs lead on all walks, whether the dog is walked on or off the lead. This is due to health and safety of the dog, walker, and public. This is non-negotiable.

On the leash staff reserve the right to cut short a walk if they the dog, walker, public is in jeopardy, or if as stated in the terms and conditions there is extreme weather conditions.

If the dog is walked off the lead, and there is a significant incident, on the leash will enforce their right to go back to walking the dog on the lead. If this is not abided or is obstructed this could result in instant termination of contract.

At on the leash animal well fair is paramount to us, we will not tolerate abuse of animals, or staff. If we feel animal is being put in harms way, or abused, we reserve the right and will report our findings.
