Bell Pepper Herb Dip: ½ Red Bell Pepper, 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese Block, 8 oz block Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp. milk. Your choice Carrots or Crackers to serve with Dip

Buffalo Dip: 1 Stalk Celery, 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese Block, 8 oz block Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp. milk. Your choice Carrots or Crackers to serve with Dip

Greek Dip: ½ cucumber, 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese Block, 8 oz block Cream Cheese

Chicken Fajitas: 1 lb thawed skinless boneless chicken breast, 1 each red yellow & green pepper

Bundle fresh cilantro, 1 onion, 8 oz block cheddar cheese, 4 in. flour tortillas, 1-2 Roma tomatoes

Quick Apple Cream Cake: 4 medium Gala Apples, 1 lemon, ¼ c flour, 1 1/4c. brown sugar, 1 tsp.

Korintje Cinnamon (I’ll provide), ½ stick butter, 10.75 oz box frozen pound cake, 8 oz. cream

Cheese, ½ c sour cream, 1 ½ tbsp. corn starch. Made in Deep Covered Baker

Spinach Artichoke Dip: Envelope Knorr Brand Vegetable Dip Mix, 3 c. fresh spinach leaves, 1 can/jar

Marinated artichoke hearts, 8 oz. cream cheese, 16 oz sour cream, 4 oz. wedge parmesan cheese, Lg.

Bag Tortilla Chips, 1 fresh lime. Made in Deep Covered Baker

Penne with Italian Sausage and Zucchin:
1 box of penne pasta boiled in Dutch oven in microwave for 15 minutes, 3/4 lb ground italian sausage, cooked, 2 small zucchini, sliced, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half, 2 cloves garlic, 1 jar of marinara sauce, 1 T 3 onion rub, 1 T Italian seasoning, 2 cups shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Add sauce, sausage, seasonings, garlic, veggies, and 1 cup of the mozzarella to the pasta. Stir. Microwave covered for 5 minutes until the zucchini is crisp tender. Add the rest of the cheeses on top and broil until cheese is golden brown.
