The creation of a favourable business climet is one of the priority tasks of the Municipality of Gevgelija.

As known, the highway E-75 passes through the territory of the Municipality of Gevgelija as well as the international railway Skopje-Solun.

INVEST IN GEVGELIJA MUNICIPALTY
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR EXPROPRIATION OF A CONSTRUCTION PARCEL, OWNERSHIP OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA, THROUGH PUBLIC AUCTION IN “MILCI” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GEVGELIJA
A multifunctional complex at the “Milci” settlement is near Gevgelija 1km from the border passing Bogorodica.
Settled on the area of 23.088 squeres meters placed on the right side of the highway Skopje-Gevgelija, direction to the border with the Republic of Greece near the Vardar River.
Large-size trade units - Trade Center are foreseen to be construted on “Milci”.
Finished path for motocross race exists on this area and near “Milci” are constructed and other bigger objects with a compatible function.
The Urban Plan is composed of several construction parcels, organized in one block, aimed for commercial-business complexes, green areas, recreation and infrastructure.
