Schedule of Family Faith Formation Activities for 2015/16
You must choose 5 activities to attend as a family. (Child and one adult) Please be sure to RSVP where indicated. Some events require a nominal fee to cover costs.
All year Holy Family Traveling Statue
A statue of THE HOLY FAMILY will be traveling from household to household within our parish. You are invited to bring the statue to your home for a week beginning this September Directions for how to use the statue will be provided.
All Year Movie Nights Fridays 6:00 PM Library

October 3, 2015 Walk for the Poor 9:30 AM in back parking lot
Sponsored by our St. Vincent de Paul Society, this walk and fundraiser benefits the poor in our neighborhoods. Please bring a non perishable food item and wear sneakers. Pledge sheet can be obtained online. 5th and 6th level students are required to do this activity.
October 25, 2015 Strolling with the Saints 11:00–1:00 PM church/cafeteria
You must RSVP for this activity. Includes a light lunch. $5.00 fee for each family. This is a day to learn more about and celebrate our Saints it is followed by a “trunk or treat” in the parking lot.
Nov. 17, 2015 Advent Wreath Making 5:30-6:30 PM in the cafeteria
You must RSVP for this activity. $10.00 fee per family. Includes light refreshments, wreath, candles and ribbon.
Dec. 22, 2015 Christmas Homecoming 6:00 -7:00PM in church
Keep Christ in Christmas and come out for St. John Bosco’s Christmas homecoming. Sing Carols, decorate an angel and bring it to hang on the Bosco family Christmas Tree.
Family Fellowship Nov. TBA –Help put together food baskets and make thanksgiving cards. You must RSVP 2 weeks in advance to ______so food can be collected.
Dec. TBA –Help gather and package Christmas items for local families in need. You must RSVP 2 weeks in advance to ______so that gift items can be collected.
