Teacher Agreement

It is important that students achieve. Therefore, I shall strive to do the following:

Communicate with parents on a regular basis (progress reports, parent portal,planners, emails, etc...)

Let parents know how they can help their child at home with learning

Make homework meaningful

Address issues of attendance and dress code expectations with the student, parent and/ or administration

Keep students and their parents informed of student progress. Update parent portal in a timely fashion.

Design, adjust and implement curriculum appropriate for all students and in alignment with the Common Core State Standards

Assess student progress using a variety of assessment tools and use assessment results to plan instruction

Interact with students in a respectful, positive manner – see the P.R.I.D.E. document.

Emphasize school wide guidelines of learning and doing quality work

Student Agreement

It is important that I perform to the best of my ability. Therefore, I shall strive to do the following:

Come to school and classes on time

Attend school every day ready to learn – Attendance Matters!

Have pens, pencils, paper, books, and other necessary tools for learning each day

Complete and return all assignments on time

Obey school and classroom rules including the use of electronic devices – refer to p. 8 of the student handbook.

Respect myself, others and their property – see the P.R.I.D.E. document.

Allow myself and others to learn

Demonstrate good citizenship

Parent/Guardian Agreement

I want my child to succeed. Therefore, I will encourage him/her by doing the following:

See that my child is on time and attends school regularly

Support the school’s discipline policy. Review the student discipline plan with your child.

Support teachers’ classroom rules

Communicate with teachers regularly to build relationships

Create a quiet place and regular time for my child to do homework or home projects

Make sure my child has tools needed for learning (paper, pencils pens, etc.)

Work with my child on his/her schoolwork and check the planner on a regular basis

Notice the good things my child is doing

Attend parent-teacher conferences and at least two school activities during the school year

Follow the requirements of the attendance laws by notifying the office when my child is absent

Model and teach good citizenship skills

Keep doctor and dentist appointments to before or after school.

Es importante que el estudiante tenga éxito. Por eso es que yo trataré de hacer lo siguiente:

Comunicar con los Padres frecuentemente a través de reportes de progreso, el portal de padres, cuaderno estudiantil y boletines para Padres ( mandados el 1er Miércoles del mes)

Dejare saber a los Padres que puede hacer para ayudar a su hijo(a) en casa con su aprendizaje.

Hacer la experiencia de tareas significativa

Asegurarme que los estudiantes están aprendiendo lo que estoy enseñando

Tratar los problemas de asistencia con él y las expectativas de código de vestimenta con elestudiante, los padres o la administración

Mantener a los estudiantes y a sus padres informados del progreso de los estudiantes. Actualizar la información del Portal de Padres con tiempo oportuno.

Diseñar, ajustar e implementar el plan de estudios apropiado para los estudiantes y en laalineación con los requerimientos esenciales de aprendizaje académico

Evaluar el progreso de los estudiantes usando una variedad de instrumentos para evaluar yusar los resultados de estos para planear la instrucción

Interactuar con los estudiantes de una manera positiva y respetuosa, demostrar la alegría deenseñar y trabajar con estudiantes adolescentes

Enfatizar las líneas a seguir de aprendizaje de la escuela y hacer un trabajo de calidad

Es importante que yo haga lo mejor que este en mi habilidad. Por eso es que yo tratare de hacer lo siguiente:

Asistir a la escuela y a clases a tiempo

Asistir a la escuela regularmente y listo para aprender

Tener bolígrafos, lápices, papel, libros y otras cosas necesarias para el aprendizaje de cada día

Completar y regresar la tarea a tiempo

Obedecer las reglas de la escuela y el salón incluyendo el uso de celulares y reproductores de música

Respetarme a mí mismo a otros y a la propiedad de la escuela

Permitirme a mí mismo aprender

Modelar y Demostrar buenos hábitos de ciudadano Student signature______

Compromiso de los Padres o Tutores

Yo quiero que mi hijo(a) tenga éxito. Por eso es que yo lo animare a el (ella) a hacer lo siguiente:

Ver que mi hijo este a tiempo y asista a la escuela regularmente

Apoyar la póliza de disciplina de la escuela

Apoyar las reglas del salón de clases

Comunicarme con los maestros regularmente para establecer conexiones

Crear un lugar callado y un tiempo regular para que mi hijo haga su tarea o los proyectos quenecesite hacer en casa

Asegurarme que mi hijo tenga los herramientas necesarias para aprender (papel, lápices, bolígrafos, etc.)

Revisar regularmente que trabajos y tareas estén completos

Trabajar con mi hijo(a) en sus tareas

Preguntar que esta aprendiendo el(ella) en la escuela y revisar su planeador

Notar las cosas buenas que mi hijo(a) esta haciendo

Asistir a conferencias de Padres y Maestros y al menos dos actividades de la escuela al año escolar

Seguir los requerimientos de las nuevas leyes de asistencia notificando a la oficina cuando mi hijo este ausente Parent signature______
