HERE’S THE PROCESS once the Eagle binders have been turned in to the BSA office on National Blvd:

-emails of the Eagle Applicant and his parents will be required so that we can contact them throughout this process and a calendar of the Eagle Board of Review ‘EBR’ dates will be given to the Scout

-upon verification of merit badges, rank dates, signatures, etc the Eagle Services Rep willcontact by email the Eagle Applicant and his parents, the Unit Leader, and

-the email will state that the Scout’s Eagle Rank Application has been verified and that the Eagle Applicant and his Unit Leader will need to communicate with each other and choose a few options for dates and time for the Eagle Applicant’s Eagle Board of Review ‘EBR’ date and time

-when these options have been selected for the EBR then this information is to

will then contact by emailthe Eagle Applicant, his parents, and the Unit Leader to confirm one of the options

-we suggest that you pencil into your calendar the tentative dates/times that have been emailed to
