The Fall Planning Meeting will be held November 4-6, 2016 at the Owego Tredway Banquet & Conference Center, Owego, New York. A tentative time schedule is included below to help in determining your travel plans. There will be more information to come.

Meeting Schedule:

Friday / 1:00–5:00 pm / Board of Trustees meeting
Prior to Meetings / Dinner on your own for everyone
7:00-11:00 pm / Meetings for District Advisors, Officers, Elects, Junior Leaders and advisors
Saturday / 8:00-9:00 / Breakfast Buffet
9:00 am -noon / Officers / Elects / Jr. Leaders meetings
12:15 – 1:15 / Lunch
1:30– 4:45 / Officers / Elects / Jr. Leaders meetings continue
Will check out times/places for Mass
5:30pm-7:00pm / Dinner on your own
7:00-11:00 pm / Meetings continue
Sunday / 8:00 am-9:30 / Breakfast Buffet
9:00 am-11:00 / Officers / Elects / Jr. Leaders meetings
11:10 - Noon / Wrap Up - Summary of weekend

To complete the rooming list, it is important that you let the State Coordinator know your schedule for the weekend. Please e-mail Karen at if you are planning to attend, room type (S, D, T/Q) and arrival / departure day and time on or before October 1st, 2016 Wherever possible, you will be roomed with others having a similar arrival and departure schedule.
