Basedon information obtained from our componentsuppliersTHIproductsdonotcontainDeca BrominatedDiphenyl Ether (DecaBDE) legislated under the provisionsoftheEuropean CommissionDecision of 13October2005(2005/717/EC), anddo notcontainas intentionaladditivesPerfluoroocantylsulfonates(PFOS) legislatedunder theprovisionsoftheEuropean ParliamentandCouncilDirective2006/122/EC(30thamendmenttoEU Directive76/769/EEC).

REACH

Additionally,thisdocumentalsocertifiesthatTHIdoes not knowingly add SubstancesofVeryHighConcern(SVHC) as listed bytheEuropeanChemicalsAgency(ECHA) under the provisionsofRegulation(EC) No.1907/2006 oftheEuropean Parliamentand ofthecouncilconcerning theRegistration,Evaluation,Authorization,andRestrictionofChemicals(REACH) perthe ECHA20/12/2010 andpreviousupdates and to the best of our knowledge our products do not contain these substances.

Theprovisionsofthiscertificatesupersede andreplacetheprovisionsofallothercertificatespreviouslydeliveredrelating tocompliancewiththe RoHSandREACHRegulations.

Asbestos

THI certifiesthatasbestosisnotusedintheprocessing of,or containedin,anyofitsproductsor packaging materials.

Mercury

THI certifies that Mercury is not used in the process of, or contained in any of it products or packaging materials.
