Objectives: Upon completion of this session, participants will improve their competence and performance by being able to: Develop an understanding of the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Identify potential treatments and novel treatments for cirrhosis. Recognize that cirrhosis may be reversible, and understand issues around management of patients with potentially reversible cirrhosis.
