Mastermind Spy Games Waiver: By signing this document and participating in the "Mastermind Spy Game," I acknowledge my understanding and acceptance of the following:
(1) I understand that "Mastermind Spy" is a game, and this game should not involve any actual danger to players. Any behavior that could possibly endanger another student on campus will automatically disqualify the player.
(2) I may, with little or no notice, be subjected to "assassination" attempts by other players, including having confetti thrown on me, being shot with water guns, hit with ping pong balls, or receiving notifications about "bombing" attempts and "poisoning" attempts. I understand that such notifications need to be clearly marked as part of the Mastermind Assassination game to avoid causing any confusion with security or student anxiety.
(3) Carson-Newman and Alpha Chi are not responsible for accidental injuries caused by individual students behaving in a reckless manner. I understand this is a game, and I will not endanger the safety of other students or myself as I play.
