CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by President Fetterman and followed with the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL: Commissioners LESHINSKIE, RUMBERGER AND FETTERMAN. Attorney ROVITO and Secretary SLABY. Commissioners WELSH and ZALAR were absent.

Rumberger/Leshinskie motion to award the bids of Affordable Construction & Demolition for 1041 W. Water Street, 1008 W. Lynn Street and 806 W. Mulberry Street and also Northeast Industrial Services Corp. (NEIS) for 337-339 Main Street. Also, if enough funds remain after those demolitions are complete the low bid of Britton’s Contracting was accepted for 1657 Webster Street. No action taken at this time on 611 6th Street due to a lack of funds. ON THE QUESTION: ROLL CALL: Leshinskie (YES), Rumberger (YES) and Fetterman (YES). Motion carried 3-0.
