NEW PLAYERS – First Time Playing a SPRING Season with Bellaire Little League:
Before or after thePCA meeting, we will also complete age and residency/school document checks for new players.
If you are playing in Bellaire Little League because you live within the Bellaire Little League boundaries, you must bring anORIGINAL birth certificate(don't worry we are not keeping the birth certificates, we just need to verify the birth date) along withTHREE different proofs of residency (see below for examples). If you have an older child playing in the league and this is your younger child's first year, then we just need a birth certificate to confirm their birth date.

1. Driver's License
2. Voter’s registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/Childcare records
5. Federal records

7. Local (Municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10.Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer,phone, cell phone, heating)
11.Financial (loan, credit, investment, etc.) records
12. Insurance documents

15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records

If you are playing in BLL because the school your child attends is within the Bellaire Little League boundaries, you must bring anORIGINAL birth certificatealong withproof of school attendance within the boundaries. School attendance shall be established and supported by a document indicating enrollment for the current academic year and with the physical location of the school, from one of the following categories:
Proof of school attendance documents:
1. Official/Certified School enrollment record
2. School issued report card or performance record
3. A Little League issued school attendance form completed by the principal, assistant principal or administrator. This form may be found at
