When you look a single element – you need to decide if it is diatomic (BrINClHOF) or not. Then you will know how to write that element correctly. Remember the charges associated with the single elements at this point don’t matter----ignore them.
Now write the ions above each element in each compound. Now translate the written names of the compounds into chemical formulas, just like you did for objectives 2, 4, and 6.
