Quality management: important merger in Hungary
TÜV SÜD AG, German parent company of the former TÜV-SÜD KERMI and ÉMI-TÜV SÜD Kft. decided to carry out a merger also influencing the market: it will unite the two companies in line with the particularities of the Hungarian market. As a consequence of this merger, services provided to companies in the Hungarian market may be significantly improved.
Considering the needs of the Hungarian market, the German-owned TÜV SÜD AG decided to consolidate all of its activities in Hungary into a single company to provide complex services to clients. The German parent company acquired KERMI having a long reputation and several decades of experience in 2005, during a privatization process, and developed its range of services. In order to make the most efficient use of resources of the new organizational structure implemented in the group of companies, the new business line comes in addition to the services offered by ÉMI-TÜV SÜD Kft.
Dr. Gábor Madaras, managing director of ÉMI TÜV SÜD Kft. says that the expertise of the group will continue to ensure the success of products distributed in the legally controlled open market; in addition, the merger will guarantee further advantages to partners. The original services provided by TÜV SÜD KERMI will be available to partners through ÉMI-TÜVSÜD Kft.’s KERMI Department.
