Sectional door 48 dB:
Jansen's soundproofing sectional double-door-solution is certified according to DIN EN ISO 10140-2. This door solution reaches a soundproofing value of Rw,p = 48 dB. To achieve high soundproofing values two sectional doors are installed one behind the other.
The sectional doors are available up to a width of 5.000 mm. Larger dimensions or other installation situations on request.
Door leaf:
The door leafs are made of an aluminium-frame-section with soundproofed filling. The thickness of each leaf is 40 mm. The door leaf is without fitted lateral hinges,floor or top-roll brackets.
Guide rail:
The vertical guide rails (galvanized steel) come with an inner and outer profile seal up to the lintel and round anti-trap protection.
Surface:
The surface is E6 /EV1 anodised. The door leafs are made out of smooth or stucco aluminium sheet and can be covered in RAL, DB or NCS to choice if so required.
Fittings:
Standard fittings at one-sided installation for a lintel height of 2.000 mm, depending on the size of the door.
Standard fittings at both-sided installation for a lintel height of 1.000 mm, depending on the size of the door.
Further types of fittings such as high lift fittings, fittings for slanted roofs or vertical fittings are possible.
Operations:
Manually via hand chain or electric drive. Individually adjusted springs above the lintel ensure a balanced running of the door. For large doors or doors with frequent cycles an electric drive without spring compensation is advisable. This advantageous drive technology is very maintenance-friendly and ensures a long lifespan.
