Successful Grants for Evaluation and Research Projects
While at StockholmUniversity and Western Michigan University, Dr. Miron has prepared and directed more than 50 evaluations which have been funded with grants and
contracts from state and federal agencies as well as private foundations. His key areas of research include the evaluation of education policies and school reforms. He has also evaluated scholarship programs and conducted research regarding the systemic impact of scholarship programs that target at-risk students.
Current or recent projects include an evaluation of a $10 million systemic initiative in Louisiana, a summer school evaluation in Hawaii, and 3 smaller projects that deal with technical assistance or statistical analysis of data sets.
