It’s our 2nd annual Sonoma County Home Brewers Competition and this is our call out for volunteer sign up duties that, as we know, you do so very well. This year we have a new arena for our Home Brewers Competition at the Petaluma Fairgrounds.

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER BY MAY 28TH, 2016!The event will take place on MAY 28th, 2016 from 12pm to 6pm at the Sonoma-MarinFairgrounds at 175 Fairgrounds Dr. We take care of our volunteers with T-shirts, snacks, libation and a whole lotta beer fun!
Please indicate your 1st - 3rd preferences for shifts below or that you will fill in where needed. We'll need help withgeneral setup, vendor check in, Home brewer check in,tent set up,break down, taking tickets, wristbanding, etc.
Please note, we will try to accommodate your preference but cannot guarantee you will get the duties and shifts you prefer. We will contact you with your final volunteer duties by April 25th, 2016. Please respond ASAP.
Shift #1___ 7am to 11am
Shift #2___ 10am to 2pm
Shift #3___ 2pm to 6pm
Shift #4___ 4pm to end (7-8pm)
