Some discussion as to some changes to be made By-Laws include: Possible make mandatory for team managers to come to monthly GAHA Meetings, Team Mangers are to keep their teams webpage up to date, not to make separate team FACEBOOK pages. Also discussed the possibility of having MN NHL Alumni game, or the MN Wild Road Tour-Wells Fargo as possible future events in Coleraine.
As Hanson Brother Event unfolded and came into place and as GAHA hosted such an awesome event, we want to send our thanks to all those that were able to participate and help out. The publicity of this event was amazing for our association, and did bring in some amazing community support through new contacts, that helped boost the repoir of GAHA within the community. The Raider Cup was introduced to the community. And fun times and great memories were had by many.
With so much positivity from Hanson Event some things were also learned by our board and association. In future events like this within our community we will need to make better signs and have more clarification of rules of activities. More supervision within the event especially where the younger children will be such as things like bouncy houses and games.
Meeting Adjourned at 7:43 by President, Andy Gray and Treasurer, Holly Baldinger seconded the motion.
