ROLE 1: HANA Middleware Consultant

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

SAP Active Global Support protects customer's investment and enables continuous improvement.

In order to serve the needs of our customers even better, SAP Active Global Support and SAP Consulting team up as “One Services” to enable our customers to leverage SAP’s latest technology, deploy state-of-the-art software solutions and at the same time reduce the total cost of implementation and operations significantly. This is achieved by utilizing SAP Best Practice to deploy a baseline configuration and then engage with the customer in Rapid Prototyping to adjust the solution to specific needs, based on the proven concepts of Innovation Control Center, Operations Control Center, and Mission Control Center. On top of this we co-engineer with our most strategic customers innovative solutions on our Cloud Platform Powered by SAP HANA.

SAP HANA is an in-memory database:

It is a combination of hardware and software made to process massive real time data using In-Memory computing.
It combines row-based, column-based database technology.
Data now resides in main-memory (RAM) and no longer on a hard disk, which gives the CPUs quick access to data for processing.
Complex calculations on data are not carried out in the application layer, but are moved to the database.
It’s best suited for performing real-time analytics, and developing and deploying real-time applications.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Support local and international key accounts throughwhole lifecycle of projects by delivering onsite and/or remotely, e.g., business analysis, development, risk assessments, platform integration and validation, technical and functional business process improvement, and empowerment.
System integration and validation between SAP HANA platform and other products (BO/BW/BPC/EDW) based on projects and customers’requirements.(eg: Data Validation and Consistency, interface, etc.)
Issue solving and support to our customers to ensure their business isfully running and value added.
Manage critical customer situations.
Optimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor degree or above in major of Computer science, Software engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering and IT.
Be able to communicate in English.
Has the knowledge of DB, Reporting, Business warehouse, middle ware, BPC, EDW etc.
HANA skill (HANA Platform) or BOBJ, BWknowledge would be an advantage.
Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.
Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers.
A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.
Enjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.

WORK EXPERIENCE

2014 Fresh graduate or 2 years and below working experience

ROLE 2: UX Design Consultant

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

SAP Active Global Support protects customer's investment and enables continuous improvement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Support local and international key accounts by following major tasks(on site or remotely), e.g., development, business process analysis, configuration, portal/user interface design, technical user experience improvement.
Ability to design and mockup UI/HTML5/Portal/other development work based on the requirements from customers/projects.
Manage critical customer situations.
Optimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor degree or above in major of Art Media, UX design, Computer science, Software engineering.
Be able to communicate in English.
A good command of relevant UI/UX designs tool and Web development technology, such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, Java script, CSS3, LESS and XML, etc.
Knowledge of prototyping mockup and wireframe software like Axure is a benefit.
Should be with good design foundation, able to draw a sketch from hand.
Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.
Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers.
A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.

Morning: Group interview

You will join a group discussion by studying business case, SAP interviewer will observe and rate about skills

Afternoon: 1:1 interview

To meet with interviewer to further seek for your knowledge and skills for the final hiring decision
