Location: Swimming Pool Wezenberg at Desquinlei 17-19, 2018 Antwerp, 50 meters and 8 lanes. Electronic Timing, depth 2.25 – 3.85, water temperature 26-27°C – Cool Down pool 50 meters and 6 lanes.

Registration:
- Registrations must be received before January 12th 2018, preferably by e-mail to .
- The completed registration form should state the following: competitor’s name, gender, nationality, year of birth, course, entry time + date and place performed
- Inscriptions can also be made with SPLASH (Lenex)
- Inscriptions will be published on http://www.zwemfed.be/flanders/index.html for your reference
Time Limits
- There are maximum time limits for each race, athletes have to swim the limits between 01/01/2017 and 10/01/2018.
- Time Limits must be 50m pool times.
Seeding of series and finals
The heats are seeded conforming to FINA rules SW 3.1.1.2. and all associated sections (except 800m and 1500m free style).
There will be A and B finals for the 16 fastest times from the heats.
800m freestyle women and 1500m freestyle men:
- There will be 2 heats for each discipline. The slowest heats will swim during the heats, the fastest during the final session on Saturday or Sunday. The eight best registration times will qualify for the fastest heat. The Flemish Swimming Federation reserves the right to give priority to their own members.
- 800m freestyle men and 1500m freestyle women:
There will be 1 heat for each discipline. Both will take place at the end of the heats.
Relays:
- There will be only a 4*100m freestyle for national men teams. This race will take place after the finals.

Some practical rules
1. All swimmers must be dressed in tracksuit/club colors when presenting themselves at the call room and the
starting blocks
2. Athletes who win prize money will be honored after all races. When an athlete doesn’t present himself /
herself at the victory ceremony he/she will not receive the medal and prize money.
