Half Distance (1.2 miles, 56 miles, 13.1 miles)
This is by far the most beautiful 1/2 Ironman course in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Located just over an hour from Philadelphia and New Jersey, the race offers both a short and long distance course.
The race takes place in Beltzville State Park. It begins from the beach and into the picturesque waters of the Beltzville Reservoir followed by a scenic yet challenging bike course; with elevations of more than 650’. The run course is phenomenal. It is a totally unique course that takes athletes across the Beltzville Dam, offering a panoramic view of the Reservoir, through a spillway of carved stone walls and finishing up along a series of hard packed scenic trails.
The race site is located just minutes from the Famous town of Jim Thorpe and many other Pocono Mountain Resorts.
As with all CGI Racing triathlons the festivities take place before, during and after the race.

The race takes place in beautiful Fairmount Park – the country’s oldest and largest urban park. Triathletes will begin the morning with a 750 meter (point to point) swim in the Schuylkill River while duathlon participants will have a mass start for their first run of 2 miles.
Both races share the same bike course, which is two 8.5-mile loops on a CLOSED course around Philadelphia's historic Art Museum and along the banks of the river. Both races will conclude with a flat and fast 3.1-mile out and back run. The entire race is very, very spectator friendly.
The After Race SPA-rty has become a DIAMOND GIRL Tradition – featuring massages, mimosa’s, music and tons of motivation!

This is the largest co-ed Triathlon in the State of New Jersey with more than 2,000 athletes participating. This is the “must-do” race in the State. It is centrally located - less than an hour from many towns around the State, New York, & Philadelphia.
The race features a Sprint and Olympic distance on a flat and fast course.
It begins in the calm waters of beautiful Lake Mercer. The bike course will exits the park with the Sprint on a flat and scenic 13.5 mile loop while the Olympic distance completes a different 23. 3 mile loop.
Both the Sprint and the Olympic distance racers will follow a run course that was laid out for the US Cross Country Championships and is flat, fast and offers plenty of shade along this beautiful scenic course.

The race is located in the beautiful Town of North East Maryland. It sits right between Philadelphia and Baltimore; less than an hour from each.
This year the race will feature both a Sprint and Olympic Distance.
The swim will takes place in the beautiful North East River. This challenging and scenic bike course is a nice combination of flat and rolling hills. The run course is a scenic out and back and provides an exceptionally spectator friendly loop around the park to the finish line.

• Visit Elk Neck State Park ~ It is an 8 mile hiking and biking trail from the Beaver Pond in Elk Neck State Forest, just south of North East, MD to the Turkey Point lighthouse at the southern tip of Elk Neck. The trail offers a magnificent panorama of the Chesapeake Bay headwaters.
