Provide 300 words feedback for Vanessa and 300 words for Will and please make sure you cover the following:
· Provide feedback on how your individual performance is linked to the group’s objectives
· Provide feedback that can be used to help facilitate the accomplishments of the groups strategic goals
· Use objective points with concrete examples

Group Objective – As a group develop a discussion around the weekly prompts. One group member should facilitate the discussion and one should report a group summary by the end of the week. These roles should rotate so everyone performs at least once as the Chair Person and Reporter.

Information about the individual:
Fresh out of high school I started my professional career at Arup a global companywhich is where by chanceI fell into Project Management and I realised this is what I want to do. From 2008 - 2014 I worked on small and large scale projects including Olympic Dam Expansion and Environmental Impact Statement, Adelaide Oval Redevelopment, Adelaide Zoo Giant Panda Enclosure and Perimeter Fence, Adelaide Desalination Pipeline and North Queensland TNRP Project.
June2014 I started at ElectraNet as a contractor, they own and manage the Transmission Network for South Australia. Project work ranged from transmission line maintenance, asset management, substation expansions, new builds and agedasset replacement works.
In April 2016 I moved to Canada on a 2 year Working/Holiday Visa. After applying for a total of 56 jobs in the Project Space I managed to secure a position after 4 weeks. Currently I am the only Project Manager in a fast growing International Marketing company, with further expansion planned by the end of 2016. At that point I’ll be in charge of a team...a little daunting as I'm new to Marketing but I'm really excited for the prospective opportunities this role has in store for me.
I have completed Certificate IV and Diploma Project Management at Tafe SA but I'm now looking for my next challenge. My ultimate career objective is to equally contribute to and manage interesting and challenging projects, always learning and evolving my skills to remain current in this fast paced environment. My end goal is to achieve my Masters in Project Management - I love this industry.

My name is Will.
I'm 33 years old and I live in Shenzhen, China.
I am doing basketball coaching here and have picked up English Teaching also (I have an Education Degree).
I was head coach of a Premier League basketball team back home (in Adelaide), as well as four years head coaching High School teams and playing in the Premier League for 15 years.
I have a teaching degree, with a specialisation in Physical Education. I have a real passion for sports. Ideally, I may get a job in sports administration eventually.
For now I am following my coaching dream and have moved overseas (Oct, 2015).
I have had a varied work history, from teaching, to facilities management, basketball coaching and now professional coaching. My goal here is to establish my own training academy, providing Chinese players with pathways to higher education overseas, as well as high quality basketball coaching and English learning.
I love travelling and seeing the world, this is what partly brought me to China. I also wanted to get out of my comfort zone, to push myself and grow as a person. I have found it extremely challenging, confronting and fascinating. I have unfortunately separated from my wife recently, we unfortunately want different things in life and have gone on different paths.
