· We do what’s right when no one is looking, when there is no CDI, liberty buddy, or bystander

· We never seek to injure ourselves, our families, or our shipmates
· We agree to do our work by the book – with the book open, dirty, and greasy

· We are proud of the oath that we made to the United States of America
· We believe that violating an oath is morally reprehensible
· We are willing to sacrifice our lives to honor this oath
· We agree to follow Navy regulations and policies – we submit changes when they are wrong
#4 WE ARE A BAND OF BROTHERS AND SISTERS
· We treat one another with the utmost dignity and respect regardless of our differences
· We start the day with a “good morning” and a smile
· We listen to others, we empower our subordinates, we expect them to own the squadron
· We never degrade our brothers and sisters, mentally, verbally, or physically

· We believe that team chemistry demands constant talking, laterally and vertically
· We do not leave people out of the loop
· We let external agencies know – by our actions – that we are the best squadron in the Navy

· We follow orders unless they are morally wrong
· We mentor and train our subordinates so they can do our job someday
