Position Purpose: /
  • Ensures that professional nursing care is delivered consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of Mercy Health.
  • Ensures that nursing care is consistent with contemporary practice and the client’s care plan.
  • Practices within scope as defined by AHPRA
  • Participates in activities to grow the home nursing referral base.

Qualifications: / Mandatory:
Division 2 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
Previous experience in community care
Current driver’s license.
Desirable:
Clinical specialty eg: wound, continence, palliative care, infection control
Resource management: / Total staff management (FTE):
