10.  Lease Purchase Agreement – Energy Performance Contract with Green Campus Partners. Consider approval of entering into a lease purchase agreement with Green Campus Partners, LLC, as well as the related escrow agreements, and execution of NOC Board of Regents resolution.

11.  Food Services Contract. Consider approval of contract extension with Northern Management Service for FY2014.

12.  Room and Board Rates. Consider approval of room and board rates for FY2014.

13.  Monthly Financial Report. Consider approval of monthly financial report.

14.  Monthly Purchases. Consider approval of monthly purchases.

15.  Section 13 600-650 allocation request. Consider approval of the Section 13 600-650 allocation request for various projects.

16.  Academic Program Review. Consider approval of Academic Program Review summaries for the Associate of Arts in Elementary Education and the Associate of Arts in Communications degree programs.

17.  Faculty Tenure Policy. Please consider approval of revision to Policy 4.6.3 Faculty Tenure.
