1.)  Per Environmental Planning. Hold. Need to demonstrate compliance with the woodland and wildlife habitat conservation ordinance (WCO) by providing a copy of a valid exemption letter in the permit package. Need to contact Ernest Fields at for more information on this. 08-08-11 Comment Stands. BEL. 08-16-11 Comment Satisfied. Okay per standard exemption letter submitted. BEL

2.)  Need to revise the site plan to clarify the use of the site and add a note. Per prior approved permit #5667-91-U it was approved as a 5 Bay Auto Repair Shop. Need to demonstrate this on the site and include the number of bays. 08-08-11 Comment Satisfied. The use will remain the same as a 5 bay auto repair. BEL

3.)  Need to clarify and add a note to the plan for the use of the two canopies. Depending on the use of the canopy additional parking may be required. 08-08-11 Comment Partially Satisfied. No additional parking is required for either canopy since one is used for shelter for customers over the existing parking spaces and the other for shelter for employees lunch/break area. 08-16-11 Comment Satisfied. 5.)  Need to revise the site plan to demonstrate the setbacks from the property lines to both canopies. 08-08-11 Comment Satisfied. All setbacks are shown. BEL

6.)  Need to revise the site plan to cross-out Note #9 in its entirety. This note does not apply to the site anymore since the use of an Auto Repair Shop is permitted. Do not white the note out just cross it out. 08-08-11 Comment Satisfied. Note crossed-out. BEL

7.)  May need to update the parking schedule depending on the use of the canopies. If the canopies are used for repairs of vehicles then the parking ratio is 3 spaces per bay, if the canopy is used for autos waiting repair or pick-up or outdoor storage then the parking ratio is 1 space for every 500 sq. ft. If the canopies are strictly for coverage of persons/cars from weather then no additional parking will be required. Also if additional parking is required and cannot be met then a Departure from Parking and Loading (DPLS) will be required.
