Hello Vendors,

Thank you for your continued support of GWRRA. We would like to invite you to participate in the 2010 Arkansas District Rally. The last few years have been a great success and our past directors Dale and Carolyn have left a huge pair of shoes for us to fill. Pam and I are looking forward to continuing the success at the 2010 rally. We will be going back to the Embassy Suites in Rogers, Arkansas where we had a great turnout last year. We are looking forward to a number around 600. There will be plenty of room this year for indoor and outdoor vendors.

Due to our economy we have decided to lower the rates a little to help you with your cost, rates are as follow: Inside Vendor spaces start at $65.00, and outside spaces start at $90.00. You will be mailed a receipt when your payment has been received.

If you would like to participate as a vendor at our rally, please remit your registration and payment as soon as possible. Vendors requesting spaces will be assigned in the order received. So please get your registration in as soon as possible to insure your space.

We want all vendors to make money; we will try and not have multiple vendors selling the same merchandise. For this reason please let us know by March 1st if you can not participate so we can get someone to replace you. We want to insure that you make money, but we also want to make sure our participants have all the merchandise available to them.

District Vendor Policy:

  1. We reserve the right to restrict vendors of like products and grant exclusive right to others. Specify the products you sell so as not to overlap with other vendors.
  2. Select adequate space for your needs when registering (Motor home, trailer, tailgate down, etc). Set up will not go forward until resolved. (Additional space will cost the same as the first space). Staging may be necessary.
  3. Vendor registration must include the total cost for requested space.
  4. Vendors will be inside and out so keep in mind when selecting space.
  5. Armbands are required on your arm after receiving your packet.
  6. A donation for door prize giveaway would be appreciated; please attach your business card to door prize.
  7. Vendors requesting spaces will be assigned as received. So please get your registration into us promptly to insure space availability.
  8. Vendors who wish to be a “Major Sponsor”, “Sponsor”, or “Supporter”, please indicate it on the registration form. Note: each category of sponsorship includes provided space as indicated on the registration form. If additional spaces are needed they may be purchased at the rates published on the registration form.
  9. Inside vendors will have only light duty 110 service (for cash registers etc.) provided. No electrical service will be available for outside vendors and if needed must be self provided.
  10. Vendor setup will be no earlier than noon on Wednesday May 26th, 2010.
  11. Vendors receive two registrations. If additional workers are needed, then arrangements can be made with the District Staff.
  12. Tent stakes, rods or spikes may not be used in the outside parking lot. Awnings will be secured by other means.
  13. Vendor hours will be from Noon – 5:00 PM on Thursday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.
