·  Post graduation diploma in craft design, specialization in Hard material application as well as furniture and interior products from Indian Institute of Crafts and Design, Jaipur, Rajasthan

·  Completed BFA in Applied Art with history of arts and crafts from MGKVP, Varanasi, in 2009

·  Completed 10+2 with PCM group

·  Documented every design project with its key values either it is design, material, craft, tool, technique or technology.

THE NGO TRAINING:-

·  Worked with a reputed NGO “ORUPA” (member of fair trade organization and EPCH) in Orissa

·  Submitted a research report to the NGO for its financial crises.

·  Developed storage cum display space for the NGO.

·  Submitted an interim report on relationship of ORUPA with its member artisan.

·  Conducted an entrepreneurship and marketing strategy workshop with the board members of the NGO

·  Conducted a stone design workshop with the member stone craft artisans of the NGO.

·  Worked for another NGO as an “Assistant Designer” in garden umbrella design development project for “Appliqué work” artisan of Orissa at Peepli village near Puri, Orissa.

·  Worked and learnt the “Old Styles of Painting” (Jatri patti, Patta painting, Tribal painting, Palm leaf Engraving, “Gangeefa” playing cards and “Panduleepi” making (An old style of making pictorial documentation with Calligraphy) Toy making (Cow Dung Toys, Betel Nut Toys, Wooden Toys)

·  Explored the possibilities toward products development for the NGO.

INTERNSHIP:-

Worked with “Cassa Exim Private Limited” In Gujarat (Maha-Gujrat Industrial area), It is a company which works on Interior & Architectural products (Victorian Era),

Work done:-

·  Worked for kitchen stepping stool (concepts)

·  Worked for different finishes of wooden interior products (Chairs, Tables, Partitions, Benches)

·  Worked for technical detailing of wrought iron products

·  Worked for Stone Garden planters and Garden furniture

·  Prepared a Material costing report

·  Submitted a Design studio Development Strategy report for the company

DIPLOMA PROJECT:-

Worked with “Sanskriti Arts”, Raipur, Chattisgarh and developed some furniture and desktop accessories in “Wrought Iron Craft” of “Bastar”.

Worked for “Raipur International Airport”, Chattisgarh Terminal “A”

Work done:-

·  Establish furniture workshop for the company

·  Developed four sets of interior furniture

·  Developed some Desktop accessories (pen stand, book ends, table watches, bottle holders, pin holders, visiting card holders)

·  Developed some wall watches

·  Documentation

·  Participated as an Artist in “Raghurajpur International Craft Summit” in Orissa at Raghurajpur

·  Represented IICD in RGB fest at NID, Ahmedabad

·  Represented, Utter Pradesh, and Varanasi in many National and International Level Competitions respectively and Won medals

·  Attended various workshops and seminars by respected personalities at my graduation and post graduation level (IICD, Jaipur)
