Dos and Don’ts

-  Turn off all LED screens and teleconferencing equipment after the meeting to enhance the life and efficiency of the equipment.

-  Remove all materials from the meeting rooms after use. DO NOT leave any confidential files or papers in the meeting rooms. Take your laptop back from the meeting room.

-  Clean the room after your meeting. Ensure that you leave the room ready for use by other staff.

-  Be punctual and leave the room once your booking time gets over.

Cancellations: Release the booking on time if you no longer require the meeting room that you have booked.

Parking:

CEB has leased 12 car and 25 bike parking slots in the building and at the multi-level car park (MLCP) at different levels.

Parking users need to pay a monthly subscription for the car and two-wheeler parking slots. Mention the subscription amount (check the exact amount from accounting team) in your salary calculator, and the subscription will be deducted from your salary every month.

Cars can enter to the parking lot and MLCP using the gate number 3 of the building. The building security may check your vehicle and bags and may ask you for identification information. Note, that you cannot leave your car parked in the basement overnight.

Dos and Don’ts:

-  Park your car/ bike in the slot allotted to you.

-  Cooperate with the building security personnel and assist them in security check at the time of entering and leaving the building complex.

-  Check your car before leaving it in the parking area and ensure that it is properly locked. Do not leave any valuables in your car.

-  Female staff leaving office late in the evening can ask the CEB security guard to accompany them to their car parking slot.

-  Never park your car in a slot allotted to someone else. If someone else has parked his vehicle in your slot, inform support services. We will make alternate arrangements for that day.

-  Report any misbehavior by security personnel/ drivers to support services.

-  Be aware that you will park the vehicle at your own risk as per the building security policy.

Visitor’s Parking:

The building has not made provision for any fixed visitor parking slots within the complex.

Mail:

Mail Drop-Off Points: all official, outgoing mails should be deposited at the reception desk by 3:00 p.m.

Inbound Mail: all inbound mails will be received at the reception desk. Security guard distributes these between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. You will directly collect from the mailman all confidential mails such as, your cheque book, account information, credit card etc. Security Guard will not receive such items on your behalf in your absence.

Cafeteria

The lunch timings in the cafeteria will be from 12:30 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. The cafeteria can accommodate up to 13 people (seated) at any given time.

-  Tea/Coffee Machines

-  Television

Standard stationery items are stacked in the storage below the library racks. Please forward your request to support services should you require any special items. We will require your manager approval for all such purchases.

Copier (MFD)

Printer Pathing

Click on the Start menu at your computer and then click Run;

Type the following server path \\BLR-PVM-PRNT-01, and click OK;

Click on the printer, P_BLR_XEROX;

When prompted, respond 'Yes' to allow the installation of the printer;

The printer is installed and ready to use

Submit a Service Centre ticket in case you experience any problem with the functioning of the printers / copiers.
