Following are the minutes of the said meeting: -
Agenda Item No 1: Cases of Consent to Establish w.e.f. 12.10.2007 excluding the cases which were considered in CMC (Green) meeting dated 06.05.2010.
This agenda could not be taken up by the committee due to paucity of time and it was decided to take up the same in next CMC Meeting.
Agenda Item No 2: Cases of Consent to Operate w.e.f. 05.05.2010 excluding the cases which were considered in CMC (Green) meeting dated 06.05.2010.
Decisions taken with respect to this agenda are tabulated and annexed as Annexure – 1.
Agenda Item No 3: Cases of Consent to Operate (Renewal) w.e.f. 21.02.2005.
Decisions taken with respect to 100 cases of this agenda are tabulated and annexed as Annexure – 2. The remaining cases of this agenda could not be taken up by the committee due to paucity of time and it was decided to take up the same in next CMC Meeting.
