Stack 9 Balcony Railings

We have ordered new railing glass for Unit 309. Do not have a delivery date as to when we will receive it. ADPI (railing company) will be coming out and touch up any scratches that have been reported to the office. This will happen when they are on the property to install the inserts into the railings on Stack 3. Date TBD.

CSI will again mobilize to Stack 9 to install the break metal to the seams of your hurricane windows. Many owners had a problem with water intrusion coming through their windows. This was a result of the window company not installing the windows correctly. The Board approved, at the May 3, 2016, Board Meeting, to have CSI install break metal on all the hurricane impact windows. Since CSI is currently working on the North side, they have been doing this as they go along. CSI will be installing the break metal to the South side residents once they move from where they are..

North Catwalks

Brownie Taurinski, continues to workwith the manufacturer on the Catwalk surface. Once we get this worked out, we will schedule POMA (railing company for catwalks) to begin installation of the new glass railing system, hopefully within the next two weeks. Once the railing system is installed, the catwalk’s surface will get the same quartz system applied to the repaired areas and a top coat on the entire surface.

South Side Catwalks

The contractor continues to repair the spalled areas. They are anticipating the completion next week.
