Minutes of Commissioners Meeting Month of_Jan 1/17/17_____:
TREASURER’S REPORT:
Motion to review and approve all bills submitted for payment
Total amount of bills paid was $_76,091.90______.
Ending balance checking $_175,220.88______. CD’s 1 @ 100,000.00 Ending balance LOSAP $_86,975.99_____. ______

OLD BUSINESS:W.Corsiglia will go to Newfield Bank to get the $55,000.00 CD
D.Ricci reported that he had spoken with Castle Energy for an update in the solar panel project. J.R.Castle reported that they were waiting for a new transformer to come in very soon since the first one was bad. J.R Castle stated that we should be up and running by March. Once the transformer is switched out then Castle will call back the electrical inspector for final inspection. If it passes then Castle will notify Atlantic City Electric for the meter switch.
D.Ricci discussed the moving of the storage shed to a different spot behind the building to make room for the proposed extrication pad. We would like to pour a concrete pad under the shed before its moved. Motion made by T.Quinlan to pour pad for appox cost of $500.00 2nd by R.Ruggeri
W.Corsiglia reminded all members that the Commissioner / Budget election will be on 2/18/17 from 2pm to 9pm.
R.Ruggeri reported that he was working on new pickup truck quotes. He will have them for the next meeting. The pricing for the snowplow package is too expensive which will put us over the approved $35,000.00 amount. After a discussion all members agreed to forget about the snowplow package.
W.Corsiglia reported that he was still working on the sign project with Parrish Signs.
D.Ricci reported that 23 members had qualified for LOSAP for 2016.
D.Ricci reported that the sign and flagpole lights were being repaired and he was getting parts for the urinals.

NEW BUSINESS:
D.Ricci reported that there was a complaint about snow from our parking lot being pushed across the street unto the neighbor's yard. Sometimes the TWP plows our yard and sometimes some of our members plow our yard. D.Ricci suggested that we write a letter to the TWP stated that we will take care of all the plowing of our yard in the future so we can end the confusion and complaints about who did what.D.Ricci will get the letter written.
REPORT OF COMMITTEES: R.Ruggeri gave Rescue Squad report. Stated that they are spending about $2,400.00 per month for driver pay.
