SUBJECT: Exhibiting at the Ohio Asphalt Paving Conference
Reservations for exhibit space at this years joint conference of the North Central Asphalt User Producer Group and the Ohio Asphalt Paving Conference on February 2 & 3, 2011, are now being taken. To have your company listed in the printed program as an exhibitor, payment must be received by Wednesday, November 24th. Payment should be sent to: Flexible Pavements of Ohio, 525 Metro Place North, Suite 101, Dublin, Ohio 43017-5504. Although reservations can still be made after that date, inclusion in the program will not be possible, as it will have gone to the printer. Cost is $500 for a booth with draped table.
This year the North Central Asphalt User Producer Group will be combining their conference with the annual Ohio Asphalt Paving Conference. It will be held at the Fawcett Center, 2400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43210, which is on The Ohio State University campus.
This is an excellent opportunity to put yourself before 400 to 500 people from state and local specifying agencies, consultants and contractors. The conference will include time to visit trade show booths during registration, breaks, lunch and a reception on the evening of February 2nd. Booth set up time will be provided the afternoon of February 1st.
