The Council of the City of Oregon met Tuesday February 25, 2014, 5:30 P.M. City Hall Council Chambers.

Randy Cropp started the pledge of allegiance.

Commissioner Patrick Wiesner moved to approve the February 11, 2014 minutes, Seconded by Commissioner Ken Williams.

Commissioner Ken Williams moved to approve the payroll in the amount of $48,224.11and warrants as listed:

Commissioner Tom Miller moved to approve the Plan Commission recommendation to change the zoning from R-1 Residential to R-2 families residential for the duplex at 801 & 803 Adams Street, Seconded by Commissioner Ken Williams.

Roll Call: Miller Wiesner, Williams, Stone. No Nays.

The three motions for Willett Hofmann & Assoc. were tabled until the next meeting.

Mayor Tom Stone asked the Council if they had a problem with changing the March 11, 2014 meeting date to March 18, 2014. Everyone was ok with the change. The City Clerk will let the media know of the change.

Commissioner Patrick Wiesner moved to adjourn the meeting, Seconded by Commissioner Ken Williams.
