NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed Financial bids for the following works are invited by the Executive Engineer, South Western Division No.6, Central Nursery, Sector-5, Dwarka on behalf of the Delhi Development Authority from the Architects who are on the approved panel of DDA upto 3.00 P.M. 02.06.08 which shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.m. at Ground Floor Vikas Minar, DDA Office. I.P. Estate, New Delhi in the presence of intending purchasers or their authorized representatives.
The tender documents can be obtained on any working day from the Office of A.O. (CAU/DWK), DDA, between 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on payment of cost of tender (non-refundable) on production of valid enlistment certificate. Sale of tender forms will be stopped on 21.05.08 at 3.00 P.M.
The manner of submission of tender, opening of the same and entry of architect or their authorized representative to the place of opening shall be as provided in clause 3(a) (b) & (c) of PWD-6 forming part of the tender documents.
The tender shall be accompanied with Earnest Money in cash (upto Rs. 10,000/-) Receipt, Treasury Challan/Deposit at Call Receipt of a Scheduled Bank/FDR of a Scheduled Bank/Demand Draft of a Scheduled Bank issued in favour of Sr. A.O. CAU (DWK) Zone, DDA, 50% of the Earnest Money or Rs. 20 (Twenty) Lacs whichever is less, shall be in the form prescribed above and balance can be accepted in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank.
It shall be ensured that Demand Draft/Fixed Deposit Receipt is valid for a period of Six Months or more after the last date of receipt of tender and the same shall be in favour of Sr. Accounts Officer, CAU/DWK/DDA. No interest shall be paid on Earnest Money as deposited with DDA.
