Live Call #1

“Good Morning/Afternoon CLIENT FIRST NAME! My name is NAME and I am calling from Best Agent Business, we provide part-time virtual assistant and calling services to top agents. Steve Kantor requested that I connect with clients who have recently received a proposal and offer them a complimentary 5 hours of free service. Currently, we have 4 packages you can choose from. Would you be interested in taking advantage of a sample package of our services? This is a great way for you to see how we operate and could benefit your business.

·  Time Management

o  The Time Management Challenge is designed to help you restructure your time so that you can create your Perfect Day. Your overall goal should be to spend more time on sales, reduce your stress and ultimately become happier with more positive, emotional and mental energy.

·  Social Media Start Up

o  Social Media Jump Start is designed to help you establish your social media presence and grow a valuable network of followers.

o  With 5 hours of service, you will be able to complete the setup of one of the following: Blog, Facebook Page or develop your own based on your needs.

·  Calling

o  The Calling Package offers 5 hours of either Client Testimonial calling or Buyer/Seller Lead calling with the goal of building a strong pipeline of prospects.

o  All scripting will be approved before we begin.

o  In the 5 hours test, one caller will be assigned who will reach an estimated 70 to 80 leads with an average of 2-3 live responses per hour.

·  Database Management Analysis

o  Allows us the ability to review the client’s database and mine through it for optimal results. We can pinpoint the most valued leads that are usually lost in the shuffle. Typically the most valued leads will close 10% of the time vs. a 1% close rate of random leads.

o  “This is a great choice and I think you will really enjoy working with our Marketing Team! There is a Marketing Kickoff document that needs to be completed. I can email it to you.

§  If wants to email – “Ok I will get that emailed over to you right away. You will also need to provide any logins necessary to access your accounts. We also ask that you give us 3-4 days/times over the next 2 weeks that you would be available for a 15-30 minute call with the Team Leader. Once you have completed and returned the docs, I will get the call scheduled for you so that you review our choices or customize a 5 hours plan just for you!”
