Introductions –
The group went around and introduced themselves. Cheyenne also introduced the Board members at the meeting, as well as pointed out our Freshman liaison, Dawn Freddolino to the new freshman parents.
Freshman Picnic May 13 –
Carrie Thomas volunteered to be the lead for the Freshman Dinner. It will be hosted in the lunch room at Dakota Ridge and she will let Donda know of any needs for sign-up Genius (such as volunteers to serve).
Senior players will be there to give the freshman a tour around the school and help them become familiar with their new home. Parents are encouraged to join us. RSVP will be going out, and payment at the door (players free, $5 for all others)
CSU Pueblo Rides –
Dondasent out a samplesign-up Genius and will send out to the group for both drop-off and pick-up. This year we will not be hiring a bus and will be saving that expense.
Poker Night April 24 –
Cheyenne reminded everyone about the Poker Night coming up and explained the funds and how they will be split between the team and winners.
May 5 Mandatory Parent Meeting –
It was explained to the Freshman parents that this is where Coach Woj will explain a lot of the upcoming events to the parents, and clarify on others. End Zone Board Members will need to be there to hand out information packets, as well as help with signing up for upcoming event needs and picking up Eagle cards!
