ANALYSIS ISSUES:
- Asked only if respondent is aware of the disclosure program, gphid_loc1=1
- Response options are expanded from the standard Response Categories for Modules Evaluating Awareness of Public Health Programs or Services (as described in MOO, section 3.5). The extra response options reflect the additional focus on online promotion for disclosure programs.
- Interviewer does not read response options, giving a “top of mind” measurement.
- Text file requires additional analysis to include other responses, response option #14.

INDICATOR DESCRIPTION:
% of adults (18+) who are aware of the local public health inspection disclosure program.
INDICATOR OBJECTIVES:
To assess public awareness of the local public health inspection disclosure program.
ANALYSIS CHECK LIST:
- Denominator is all adults (18+)
- For health units switching from the Food Safety Disclosure module to the General Public Health Inspection module, the removal of the explanatory introduction may affect indicator results and thus reduce comparability between years.
METHOD OF CALCULATION:
adults (18+) who have seen or heard anything about the local public health inspection disclosure program (ghpid_loc1=1)all adults (18+)

INDICATOR DESCRIPTION:
% of adults (18+) who first found out about the local public health inspection disclosure program by source of information.
INDICATOR OBJECTIVES:
To compare promotion methods for the local public health inspection disclosure program.
ANALYSIS CHECK LIST:
- gphid_loc1a asked only if respondent is aware of the disclosure program (gphid_loc1=1)
- Denominator is all adults (18+) including those who were skipped as indicated above
- Response options are mutually exclusive, allowing addition between categories.
- If preferred, the extended response options can be collapsed to replicate the standard Response Categories for Modules Evaluating Awareness of Public Health Programs or Services (as described in MOO, section 3.5)
