WORK HISTORY

Feb 2016 – Current / Web Marketing Manager:I took ownership over SaleCycle’s digital presence; working to develop, implement, track, support and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across SaleCycle. I manage our company website, regional sites and overview the user experience of our other mediums (emails, landing pages, webinars).
As well as maintaining and supporting my previous role’s duties, I’m also responsible for:
  • Maintaining relationships with multiple departments within the business to give Marketing access to required content and resources (design, development, data, etc...),
  • Planning, executing and measuring experiments on our website to try increase conversion points,
  • Identifying trends and emerging technologies to boost our websites performance and conversion ability,
  • Training and guiding non-technical Marketing team members to allow them independence to create their own webpages, blogs and website content.
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all our digital marketing campaigns,

I also bring to life Marketing team dreams, such as coordinating between teams to create a fully functional ecommerce site (Shop.Salecycle.com), to be used to demo our various behavioral marketing products.
Aug 2014 – Feb 2016 / Content/Web Marketing Executive:I was responsible for digital content releases, including; emails, landing pages, marketing automation and blogs. Coordinating with teams in the US, France and Singapore, I worked use content to identify and funnel hot prospects to our sales teams via our website and introduced Pardot-fueled monthly reports for the Head of Marketing to present to the board.
As well as typical blogs, I produced Infographics, eBooks and webpage content, which were widely praised and were featured on websites like Econsultancy and The Drum. I also brought to life projects like the world’s first Reevoo B2B reviews system, a public year in summary subsite and our first regionalised website;completing it whilst working in our Paris office and then training the local marketing executive on how to maintain it.
The role began to focus more on web marketing, using my practical skills to take total control, manage and expand our corporate websites. I also created new content layouts, optimising its build for both speed and SEO, a completely new demo/quote request process and introduced homemade widgets to expand our email lists.
Aug 2012 - Aug 2014 / Implementation Architect: As an Implementation Architect I was responsible for managing new client implementations; introducing their marketing team to our service and then working closely with them to develop an on-brand and successful digital recovery campaign; through both email and on-site messaging mediums - with the intent of recovering/increasing their online revenues.
I managed a client's complete implementation journey; being their point of contact, remarketing and recovery adviser from start to finish; designing and refining their branded recovery email or onsite piece, before putting their campaign live and handing them to our live campaigns team.
I mixed project management and practical skills, combining multiple roles into one; being a designer (using HTML and CSS), JavaScript developer and account manager. This also allowed me to train my colleagues on HTML/CSS and Photoshop and through a series of workshops, increase the practical skills within the Implementation and Campaign Management teams, allowing us to continue to grow at a fast rate.
Aug 2011 - Aug 2012 / Junior Designer:I started my career at SaleCycle; designing and coding highly successful remarketing emails as part of the Implementation team for many global brands from Virgin Media to Sony.
Our campaigns were highly successful, helping ignite SaleCycle's incredible growth and create it a reputation with global ecommerce giants. As well as this I assisted the sales, campaign management and marketing teams in various activities; such as redesigning the company website, creating sales decks and marketing materials.
