Cancellation Policy
Day Trip Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued for cancellations received at least 21 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made after that date are subject to the following: for events where tickets and/or meals have been purchased, there are no refunds within 21 days of the tour. For all other day tours, there are NO refunds within 10 days of the tours.
Name substitutions ARE allowed on tours with the exception of casino trips and ship inspections.
Multi-Day Tour Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made for cancellations received at least 45 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made after that date are subject to the following: for cancellations made 21 – 44 days before the tour, there is a 50% refund. From 7 days to 20 days, the refund is 25%. There are no refunds within 7 days of the tour. Travel insurance is available…ask us for details!
Trendy Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our control; full refunds will be issued.

Reservations without payment are subject to cancellation.
We have three pick-up locations, please let us know which one is convenient for you:
Naples pick-up is at Crossroads Market at 5991 Pine Ridge Road (cross street is Napa Blvd.)
Bonita pick-up is at Bonita Grande Crossing at 12900 Trade Way 4 (just East of I-75)
Fort Myers pick-up is at Wal-Mart on Colonial Blvd & Six Mile Cypress (park near Six Mile Cypress)
Trendy Tours Tips:
Temperatures on the motor coaches tend to be cool…for your comfort, please bring a sweater.
In consideration of your fellow passengers, cell phones conversations on the bus should be limited to
1 minute. Calls can be returned at our frequent stops.
In order to alleviate confusion, separate envelopes will be passed around toward the end of your day for the gratuities for both your motor coach driver and your bus guide. In addition, an envelope may be passed for a specific service or guide. At all times, tipping is optional.
We believe that tipping is a personal preference based on superior service.
