Anselmann family estate
- Anselmann family proudly looks back totradition of wine making for over 450 years
- Based in Edesheim in Palatinate (Pfalz) appellation – more in the warmer/sunny southern part of Germany, just north of Alsass
- Today oenologist Ralf Anselmann and his sister Ruth Anselmann run the business with enthusiasm and idealism
- Ralf Anselmann is an international renown renowned wine expert/judge at competitions
- With app. 145ha one of the largest and technically best equipped family estates of Germany - in order to produce highest level wines: whites and red!
- Next to some rare/unique grape varieties, the estate is growing all national and international important grape varieties – bringing each to its individual perfection
- In the last decade (until today!) Anselmann became one of the most successful German estates, winning at numerous national and international wine competitions; therefore also selling in German Duty Free.
- In 2010 the Anselmann family estate was elected "Winemaker of the Year 2010" – same title that e.g. Dr. Loosen and Leitz have been awarded
- In 2011, they were even awarded two Federal Prizes of Honour at once and next to be awarded for “Best German Collection in dry white wine”.
- The Anselmann estate has been official partner of the German Houses at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sydney, Athens, Peking, London, Sotchi and Rio and will also be official partner for the upcoming Olympic and Paralympics Games in Tokyo.

Riesling Qba trocken/dry
- This basic dry Riesling is the classic German wine by the glass
- Crystal clear, yellow-greenish colour typical for a young Riesling.
- Intense and fruity –aromas of citrus fruit, apricots and crisp apples.
- This dignified, fresh bouquet is exemplary for the grape variety.
- A full-bodied dry white wine, crisp with a remarkably long and very pleasant finish.
- Pair with fish and any white meat – also good for Italian food.
Riesling Kabinett halbtrocken/ off-dry
- Kabinett is the first level of German Pradicate wines with only natural sweetness inside; fermentation stopped to be a semi dry wine
- A very charming, light in alcohol wine with elegant style - inviting for the 2nd glass!
- The fruity bouquet shows aromas of peaches and grapefruit and crispy apples.
- lightminerality and well balanced acidity = very refreshing
- perfect summer “porch” wine or for barbecue;
- drink chilled and pair with seafood, Asian slightly spicy or sweet/sour food.
Riesling Spätlese (late harvest) trocken/ dry
- single vineyard wine with only natural, sun spoiled sweetness fermented to higher level but not “burning” alcohol – a prefect, premium Palatinate wine.
- Elegant yet very full bodied, mineral Riesling- very grape-typical
- Fruity bouquet reminding of peaches, apricots, grapefruits and more yellow apples.

Pinot Blanc dry / Weißburgunder Kabinett trocken
- Kabinett is the first level of German Pradicate wines with only natural sweetness inside
- Made to individual perfection for this burgundy varietal from fully matured, healthy grape
- brilliant, fresh and youthful yellow-greenish colour.
- On the nose very fruity and reminiscent of ripe fruits with pleasing spicy, tangy flavours.
- harmonic wine that shows remarkable flavours and good length.
- dry, fresh, fruit powered, elegant –a younger generation wine
- Pair with any aromatic food (Asian, Mexican) or Asparagus, seafood, pork, ham, cold roast, salads and medium cheeses
Pinot Noir dry / Spätburgunder trocken
- A powerful, full bodied Pinot Noir, with a wonderful ruby-red colour;
- Expressive aromatic bouquet
- A dry, yet fruit powered wine with fairly high Alc.; based on grape with original high natural sugar reading
- Typical aromas of cherries, strawberries and hint of raspberries alongside with floral aromas.
- Very rich and luscious mouth feel due our higher -cool climate- acidity
