ECS is the best option to make payments as it enables to make your monthly Airtel bills by automatically debiting your saving/current account irrespective of the bank you use. This is however, subjected to your bank being a member of the Bangalore Local Clearing.
The Benefits on ECS Registration
• Avoid long waiting queues at showrooms
• Avoid SMS/calls related to overdue & late fee
• Avoid restriction of service
• SMS Intimation from date of debit along with payment confirmation
• Clean account history on payments
In addition to the above mentioned benefits, Airtel announces "Service Guarantee on ECS" .In case of any manual related errors in ECS processing, you will get waiver on the entire Mobile bill amount* for that month alone with an added discount of Rs100/- .
To avail these benefits, you are requested to fill in the enclosed ECS form as a one-time authorization & submit the same along with a copy of blank cancelled cheque at your nearest Airtel Relationship Centre. Please ensure that ECS application form is attested by your bank prior to submission at any of our Airtel Relationship Centre.
